Brittany is a psychologist with ten years of experience in community, public health, and private practice settings across rural and metropolitan Australia. She specialises in individual (paediatric, adolescent, and adult) and dyadic (parent-child) assessment and interventions across various mental health domains. Additionally, she consults and teaches mental health professionals nationwide.

Complex Mental Health: Trauma, C-PTSD, Personality Disorders, Dissociative Disorders/DID/FND

Brittany is passionate about helping individuals overcome adversity to enhance their quality of life. She emphasises the importance of the client-therapist relationship, believing that early relational experiences shape the challenges we experience, and the inconsistency between what we sometimes think, and feel.
